Kia Baikie is a born and raised local to Mancos, Colorado. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. After college she spent several years traveling and working in marketing before returning to Colorado. She has had a front row seat to watching her mom’s (Carrie Summers) journey as a leading Realtor over the last 13 years. She worked for her as a transaction coordinator and got to see the “behind the scenes” of real estate. She decided to step out and utilize my knowledge of the area and passion for serving others to join her mom’s brokerage as a Realtor. Kia enjoys serving the community as a volunteer at Adaptive Sports Association in Durango, CO as a ski and snowboard instructor. In her free time, you can find her hiking the beautiful surrounding mountains, traveling, cooking new recipes, paddle boarding, and playing with her puppy Honey.
