Good news for Buyers! There are 35% more homes for sale in Montezuma County (Mancos, Cortez, and Dolores) than last year. We are also seeing fewer multiple offers and days on market is increasing to about 101 days. This means the market is now becoming more balanced and Sellers don’t have the upper hand. It’s all about pricing a home correctly and offering a price that is based on the market conditions.
